On 4 February we held an event that was a little bit different… we invited members of the local voluntary sector to join us to discover useful tools and techniques to support self-care.
We heard from our Ways to Wellbeing Project Manager, Christine Marmion and our Time to Change Coordinator, Emma Williams, and attendees were given the option of attending two interactive workshops, including: Mental Health and Nutrition, Potting with Growing Green Spaces, Meditation and Art Creativity.
