Our Monthly Payroll Service offers a low cost payroll service for voluntary and community groups across York and North Yorkshire.
The service includes:
- Calculation of monthly pay.
- Calculation of tax and National Insurance contributions.
- Processing statutory payments including sick pay, maternity pay, paternity pay and adoption pay.
- Processing other deductions such as attachment of earnings, court orders, payroll giving and student loans.
- Automatically submitting monthly pay details to HMRC in line with Real Time Information requirements.
- Provision of monthly reports detailing the gross and net pay for each of your employees, plus details of the total tax and National Insurance due to HMRC.
- Preparing and emailing payslips and year-end P60s for each employee.
- Pensions Auto Enrolment calculations and administration.
- Company pension calculations.
We offer two levels of service:
Monthly Standard Payroll Service
We will provide you with details of the net amounts to pay your employees, HMRC and your company pension scheme provider.
Monthly Payroll-Plus Service
We will make payments by BACS transfer to your employees and HMRC on your behalf.
