Have you ever wanted to workout with your children, and their Grandparents too, but didn’t know how? Well now is your chance!

Move the Masses are bringing their free workouts to a park near you this half term.

There are three, totally free, workouts happening in three local park spaces over next week’s half term and EVERYONE is invited to come along.

In Acomb, Clifton and Tang Hall, the pop-up workouts are as follows

Monday 25  February – West Bank Park, Acomb (meet near the Bowling Green) –  10.30am

Tuesday 26  February – Kingsway North. Clifton (meet at the bottom just outside Clifton Health Centre)  – 10am

Wednesday 27 February – Hull Road Park, Tang Hall (meet at the Pavillion) – 10.30am

You can take each workout at your own pace and you don’t need any fancy clothes or trainers, just come along.

You will use equipment already in the outdoor space to boost your balance, core and aerobic capacity. We press on benches and use bike racks for squats for example!

And Move the Masses workouts cater for all levels of fitness and ability. From gentle exercises to hardcore, so there really is something Granny can do with the kids at the same time.
