In August the Multiple Complex Needs (MCN) Network issued a Cultural Values Survey for the system that responds to severe and multiple disadvantage and multiple complex needs in York.

The purpose of the Survey was to reveal the often invisible context and conditions which impact and influence how work is shaped, delivered and experienced. The ‘health’ of our system is critical to our ability to collaborate and better support people experiencing multiple complex needs or issues associated with severe and multiple disadvantage.

The results are now in – and the Network would like to invite the sector to find out about more about the findings and how you can get involved!

Please sign up to one of the two ‘Results Workshops’ via Eventbrite now to secure your place:

Please note, both workshops will be the same, so we ask that you only sign up to one, at the time that suits you best.

There will also be a number of follow-up ‘sense making’ sessions held throughout December 2020 to dig deeper into the results, and explore what this means for next steps and where the Network want to focus their attention and develop activity to overcome challenges and maximise opportunities in our system.
