York CVS Payroll Service is efficient, easy to use and a cost effective solution to the needs of charities, voluntary and community groups in York and the surrounding area.

Two levels of service are available:

Fully Comprehensive Service – from £14 per month

Basic Service, which includes everything except making payments on your organisation’s behalf - £4 per month

Service includes:

Calculation of salaries and issue of payslips

Payment by BACS direct to the employee’s bank accounts and payments made to the HMRC (Comprehensive service)

SSP, SMP, Student loan calculations, CSA and Court Orders

Deductions for pensions, GAYE, union subscriptions and York Credit Union

Annual returns to the HMRC, P60s and P14s

Advice and support for organisations and employees

We are BACS registered and use the HMRC-accredited Pyramid software, guaranteeing a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
