The
Priory Street Nursery is a well established community nursery
providing high quality care for 18 children, aged 6 months to
5 years. The nursery is housed in a recently renovated, large,
bright ground floor space in the Nursery Block at the Priory
Street Centre, with an adjoining enclosed outdoor play area
and garden. Children are welcome to attend either full or part
time.
The
Nursery, which is registered with OFSTED, offers a full range
of activities for the under 5's, including creative play, art
and craft activities, stories, music, and physical activities.
Swimming is available one morning per week, and children also
go on outings whenever possible. If you are interested in

The
nursery provides a wide range of activities which promote
learning through play and which are suited to each child’s
individual age and intellectual development. Activities
include creative art, table toys, construction toys,
role-play, stories and music.
The
price includes a well-balanced nutritional meal at lunchtime,
which is cooked on the premises. Parents may need to discuss
food allergies with our staff.
