Payroll Service

York CVS Payroll Service offers a low cost, comprehensive payroll service to voluntary organisations in York and parts of North Yorkshire. It is a flexible resource that works to suit the needs of your organisation.

We offer:

A professional payroll bureau for monthly payrolls.
Calculation of salaries for all staff, including sessional workers.
Printed reports with breakdowns of all figures & payslips for staff.
Payment by BACS direct into the employee’s bank accounts and payments made to HMRC.
Statutory Sick Pay (SSP), Statutory Maternity Pay (SMP), student loan calculations, CSA and court orders.
Deductions for Pensions, GAYE, Union subscriptions, Credit Union.
Annual returns to the HMRC, P60’s and P14’s.
Starter and leaver calculations with P45 management.
Direct dealing with third parties (e.g. HMRC, DSS and pension administrators).
Advice and support for organisations and employees.
