The Young Adult Carers project - 1st birthday celebration event - Scarborough and Ryedale Carers Resource

As you may be aware Scarborough and Ryedale Carers Resource was awarded a 4 years BIG lottery grant, to support Young Adult Carers 18-35yrs, who are looking after someone with a mental or physical illness or disability. The Young Adult Carers project is going to celebrate its first birthday in January and we are very keen to celebrate our work with Young Adult Carers over the last year. We would like to invite you to come along for a 1st birthday celebration event.

We will be giving out further information about the project and the support available to these carers within 2012, which may be of interest to some of the clients you currently work with. We will have birthday tea and cakes served and there will also be a chance at the end, to network with other professionals to enhance how we work together. We will have an information stand as well, so feel free to bring leaflets or information about your service with you on the day.
