To help organisations to anticipate and address the problems that may arise from a Volunteering Programme
Objectives:
As a result of attending participants will be able to:
- Identify what constitutes a difficult volunteer situation
- Identify the impact that a difficult volunteer situation can have on the organisation
- Identify various solutions for dealing with difficult volunteer situations
- Have difficult conversations about volunteering
- Deal with the exit of a volunteer
