Aim:

To help organisations to anticipate and address the problems that may arise from a Volunteering Programme
 
Objectives:
As a result of attending participants will be able to:
  • Identify what constitutes a difficult volunteer situation
  • Identify the impact that a difficult volunteer situation can have on the organisation
  • Identify various solutions for dealing with difficult volunteer situations
  • Have difficult conversations about volunteering
  • Deal with the exit of a volunteer
