York Mystery Plays 2012 needs volunteers!
The York Mystery Plays are looking for all kinds of volunteers to help with the biggest theatrical event of the decade.
To help celebrate 800 years since the birth of local democracy in York the Mystery Plays are recruiting many volunteers; individuals as well as choirs, drama groups, dance groups, church groups, arts and crafts groups, and anyone who wants to be involved, including families.
Opportunities include acting, singing and performing dance. As well as stage management, costume making, prop making, set building, lighting, hair, make-up, ushering, admin and marketing, photography, documentation and archive work.

Auditions will be held in November 2011 and the play is in August 2012 but there are lots of different opportunities with different time commitments so contact Liam for more details.
