Communicating, collaborating and networking all make for a strong voluntary and community sector.

Partnerships and forums in York also allow the sector to be properly represented in the life and work of the city.

York CVS plays a role in both:

• representing the voluntary and community sector, and
• helping public bodies work with voluntary and community groups.
