Opportunity to tender for an evaluation of small grants to increase accessibility to volunteering

York CVS is administering a grants fund ion behalf of the Joseph Rowntree Foundation. The fund of £50k will be distributed in small grants of up to £5k to voluntary, community or statutory organisations. The key objective of the grants is to increase access to volunteering by people who traditionally have faced barriers to becoming involved. CVS is now seeking an organisation/individual to carry out an evaluation of the impact of the grants on broadening the volunteering base. We anticipate approximately 5-7 days of work between September and April with n evaluation report.
