Could you use a volunteer army?

As part of its social mission the national trust is releasing its staff and volunteers to take part in local community projects on the 29^th February. Could you use an expert on forestry, visitor services, gardening, catering, retail sales, events co-ordination, minibus driving, head rangering, coast & marine managing, holiday cottages, curating, rural surveying, PR & marketing, landscaping, membership recruiting……… or borrow our whole senior management team and hordes of volunteers..?
